Stephen Penn Sandifer

Stephen Penn Sandifer passed away on July 30, 2018 in Norman, Oklahoma with his loving family by his side. He was born on January 4, 1969 in Texas he is the son of Donald and Helen Sandifer (Weiderholder). Stephen worked in IT as a Network Engineer. He was loved and will be missed by all that knew him.
