Steve Jackson, 59, passed away on March 3, 2010. He was a graduate of Cleveland High School and played football (center) for the Cleveland Tigers. During that time he was a member of a well known rock group called "The Undertakers" in which he played the bass. After high school Steve attended O.S.U. He then moved to Oklahoma City where he played in several popular rock bands. Among the best known was "Religious Bull". He spent several years in OKC learning the art of picture framing. Eventually, he moved to West Palm Beach Florida where he owned and operated his own gallery and frame shop. For the last eleven years Steve has been a long haul truck driver, and enjoyed the profession very much. He was based out of the Dallas area. He is survived by his mother (Glynna (Jackson) Bass); three brothers- Randy, Kelly and Kendal; two nieces- Jasmine Jackson and Melissa Jackson; cousins- Karla Dodson, Ted Dodson, Karen (Dodson) Litsey, Pam (Roush) Cummings, Vaughn, John and George Black. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother Monta (Black) Hardy; his Grandfather Von Black; his father Robert Jackson; his aunts Phyllis Powers and Ruth Roush; his uncle Richard Black; his cousins Rob Roush, and Penny Roush; and his step father, Gene Bass. His wonderful wit and exceptional humor will be missed by everyone he touched in this life...
