Susana Santiago

Susana Catap Santiago, 74, of Panama City Florida circa 1966 was born May 24, 1936 in Manila, Philippines and died September 2, 2010 in her Oklahoma City home. Susana was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, Grandmother and friend who had a passion for excelling at everything she took an interest in from painting ceramics, crocheting, a Master Gardner who especially loved her tropical plants, a fine seamstress who had a style all her own that was greatly admired, an exquisite Filipino chef, and was a faithful devout attendee of St. Dominic"™s Catholic Church. Susana enjoyed traveling and raised her children early on her own while her loving husband served our country in the Navy. Susana was also an active member of the Filipino-American Association of Panama City, FL. Susana was preceded in death by her father Dominador Aguilar, her mother Irene Catap-Augilar, and her husband Deogracias MacLang Santiago, her sister Mercedes Aguilar, and her brothers Vicente and Boyet Aguilar Susana is survived by her brothers Salustiano and Philippe Aguilar, and her sisters Shirlina Aguilar-Montagot, and Pilar and Wilma Aguilar, her sons Edgar, Phillip and Jeffrey Santiago and her daughters Jeannette Santiago-Rich and Stefanie Susan Santiago-Farrel, 14 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren There will be a private funeral service held on September 11, 2010.
