Thomas Ray Luce, 68, resident of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away December 19, 2018 at Comanche Hospital in Comanche, Oklahoma. Thomas was born on January 3, 1950 the son of Abraham and Henrietta Luce in Fort Worth, Texas. He worked as a Janitor. He is missed dearly. A Graveside has taken place at Ft.
