Vicki Creech Bogardus

Vicki Creech Bogardus, age 59, passed away on June 1, 2020. Vicki was born in Oklahoma City, daughter of Carol Nordman Smith and Edward Creech on February 10, 1961. Vicki was active in school and involved in many activities such as softball, drill team, and cheerleading. She completed high school in 1981, became a mother in 1983, and enrolled in nursing school in 1989. For years, Vicki worked, studied, and still found the time to be a devoted mother. She graduated from Oklahoma State University's nursing program in 1994. Vicki worked as a hospice nurse for over 20 years, comforting not only her patients but also their families. She had a big heart and a generous soul. Outside of her work, she gave to charity, donated her time to many causes, was dedicated to animal welfare, and rescued and rehomed many dogs and cats. She is survived by her daughter Jessica Bogardus, and her sister Nancy Creech Stephenson, her nephew Matthew Lee Stephenson, her niece-in-law Whitney Stephenson, and their beloved son Reed Lee Stephenson.
