Vincent Gerald Codispoti

Vincent Gerald Codispoti passed away on August 27, 2013 in the loving arms of his family after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Dementia. He was born in Sant’Andrea Apostollo Dell’Ionio, Italy, on February 14, 1923. He lived in Brewster, Ohio, until 2006 with his wife Josephine, but later moved to North Carolina. In 2011 he moved to Edmond, Oklahoma, to be closer to his son and family. He was preceded in death by his three sisters, Antoinette, Francesca, Elizabeth and his sister-in-law Franca. He is survived by his wife, Josephine, his children Frank and Victoria and their spouses, and five grandchildren. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his love of dance, his sparkling blue eyes and his love of family. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. Catholic Mass will be celebrated in his honor on September 14, 10:00 am, at St. John the Baptist in Edmond, OK.
