He was Born in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Clarence Little and Jessie Pearl Hallum He is predeceased by five siblings Edgar C. Garner, Pamila Lamb, Dora Lee Cleary, Florence Harman, Floyd Little. He is survived by: His wife of 34 years Patricia A Little. His Children: Belinda Lipscomb of Midwest City, Sandy Perez and her husband Aldino Perez of Altus, William C Little Jr of Oklahoma city, Paula E Kazerani and her husband Hossein of Oklahoma City.
