William L. Morrow III passed away at 83 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He spent his working life in law enforcement.
“Bill” was a Captain in the US Army Military Police Corps, a US Customs Agent, and the majority of his working life as a Special Agent for the United States Secret Service. Bill retired from the Secret Service in 1989.
For several years after his retirement, Bill spent a good portion of his time on unique game hunts in Africa, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, and various locations inside the United States. He was with his family at the time of his passing.
Bill is survived by his son, William L. Morrow IV, his daughter-in-law, Shannon C. Morrow, and three grandsons, Alexander Morrow, Daniel Morrow, and Joshua Morrow. He also left behind 4 great-granddaughters.
Memorial services are planned for 2:00 PM, January 17, 2025 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park in Austin, TX.
